No, it is your own business to run as you like.

How much money can I make?

Six figures in the first year is not uncommon in our Industry. Of course, how well you do financially depends on you and how hard you work, this is not a get rich quick scheme.

Is Equipment Leasing a Big Business?

The U.S. Department of Labor says it is the sixth fastest growing Industry in America. 80% of all business Lease some or all of their equipment.

What kind of equipment can I Lease?

Almost any kind of equipment can be leased in just about any industry. Your only limited by your creativity and ability to make and connect with contacts.

Do I need money to lend?

NO. We are Brokers, NOT lenders. We simply match up the business who needs equipment with the Lenders. That's It. (Think mortgage brokers.)

Am I responsible if the Lender doesn't get paid or the lease 'goes bad'?

Most leases are Non-Recourse to the broker. Check with your lenders for their specific policy.

What kind of overhead will I have once I am done with Training?

Most Brokers start off working out of their home in the beginning before they rent office space so the overhead should minimal.

Do I need a license?

Unlike the mortgage industry, most states do not require a license to operate as a lease broker. Be sure to check with your state as to your particular locales potential licensing requirements though.

How do I get going?

Simple, give us a call to find out the details and schedule a class date with one of our trainers. A small non refundable deposit of five hundred dollars is all that is required to secure your seat in an upcoming class. If a student cannot attend the class they have reserved then their deposit will be applied to a future class of their choosing.

Will I have access to lenders when I complete the class?

YES! We give all our graduates access to our impressive list of lenders.

Why does your class cost a considerable amount less then the other schools online?

Please remember that we are lease brokers. We don't need to make inflated margins to get you properly trained and onto your new career path. we simply cover the costs of the school, trainers and administrative fees.
